Massage Therapy

Appointments include an intake and relevant health history, physical assessment, a discussion of the treatment plan and informed consent, a hands-on massage, reassessment, patient education, and a description and demonstration of home care recommendations. 

While my treatments are often slow, strong and sporty, your massage will be tailored to your current needs and mood. It can range from a focused, dynamic session with informative dialogue to a soothing reset for your nervous system. I integrate a variety of modalities including deep tissue and Swedish massage therapy, trigger point therapy, passive and active stretching, myofascial release therapy, dynamic release, breathwork and body awareness cues, as well as joint mobilizations into fundamentally relaxing treatments.
